Deposits will not be refunded after build construction commencement date. Handover will take place only when final payments have been cleared to LongPoint RV. Campers, Caravans and accessories remain the property of LongPoint RV until all payments are received in full.


All of our campers and caravans arrive with 2-years factory warranty on workmanship and 5-years on chassis and canvas. The only exclusions are for those third party components that come with their own individual warranties - some extending to 5 years. Exclusions only apply to consumable goods as outlined by consumer affairs or the warranty document. We take our after sales service seriously and it’s been a key component of our success. If you experience any difficulty with any aspect of your trailer, contact us immediately and we will take action to ensure your holiday can be quickly resumed with minimal interruption. LongPoint RV acknowledge that suppliers are responsible for the approval, delegation and administration of any and each warranty claim.

Engineering Compliance Certificate

All members of the Australian Manufactured Camper Trailer Guild (AMCTG) are required to qualify for an Engineering Compliance Certificate by a certified Australian Engineering Company and transparently prove that they are Australian Manufacturers of their Chassis, Body, Suspension, Tent and Canvas.

This is your guarantee of quality and high performance with any brand of Camper Trailer that is associated with AMCTG.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including interviews, correspondence, by telephone and facsimile, by email, via our website, from your website, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, from cookies- delete all that aren’t applicable and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. LongPoint Group P/L will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
